Vacancy for IT Manager
Roseacre Junior School are looking for a part time IT Manager (15 hours per week term time only, 3 hours per day 8am -11am), with a start date of January 2021.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person with considerable IT experience to monitor and maintain the school’s network and computers. The successful candidate will also be required to support staff in the use of IT equipment, software and related systems and troubleshoot when needed. You will also be involved in the strategic planning of IT in the school and be instrumental in the purchase of IT equipment,
You should be positive, enthusiastic and hardworking with excellent communication skills.
It is essential that you have experience of operation, maintenance, building of PCs and iPads, a sound working knowledge of networks and associated tasks and are willing to undertaken the necessary training in order to keep your knowledge and skill base up to date.

Vacancy for a Cleaner
A vacancy has arisen for a cleaner to join our school commencing November 2020 or earlier if possible.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable person who will work alongside our existing staff to ensure a clean, healthy and safe environment. The successful candidate must be at the required level of fitness for the post. Reporting to the caretaker, you will be expected to undertake the duties associated with cleaning the school.
The post is for 15 hours per week (3.15 p.m. to 6.15 p.m.) during term time with the flexibility to work additional hours, if required, non-term time on Kent Range 3 of the Kent Salary Scheme (depending on experience).
Training will be provided for first aid and any other relevant Health and Safety issues.
